About Aurevia Group

An accounting and bookkeeping services brand focused on organised financial records, dependable reporting and clear communication.

Who We Are

Organised records. Clear numbers.

Aurevia Group is an accounting and bookkeeping services brand focused on helping businesses maintain organised financial records and improve their day-to-day accounting processes.

Many business owners lose time and confidence to disorganised books: unreconciled accounts, missing documents and reports that are hard to read. We exist to make that part of running a business more manageable, so you can make decisions from numbers you understand.

Our approach centres on accuracy, confidentiality, clear communication and practical financial support tailored to each client’s agreed requirements.

Our Mission

Making record-keeping manageable

To make financial record-keeping more organised, understandable and manageable.

Our Vision

Relationships built on dependability

To build lasting client relationships through dependable service, transparency and professional standards.

Our Values

What guides our work

These four principles shape how we handle every engagement.

Accuracy

Careful, consistent work. Figures are cross-checked against source documents and reviewed before they reach you.

Integrity

We are honest about what we can and cannot do, including where a task needs a licensed professional.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as private by default and used only for the agreed work.

Accountability

We own our work, document our assumptions and flag issues early rather than hiding them.

Who We Support

Our services suit owner-managed businesses and teams that need dependable accounting support without the overhead of an in-house department.

E-commerce sellers

Marketplace, payment and card transactions reconciled to the ledger.

Our Working Approach

From first conversation to routine delivery

Discovery

We learn about your business, current records, software and reporting needs, and confirm whether we are the right fit.

Scope & set-up

Deliverables, timelines, communication channels and how documents will be shared are agreed in writing.

Preparation

Transactions are categorised, accounts reconciled and schedules prepared, with queries listed for your confirmation.

Review & delivery

Work is checked, summarised in plain language and delivered in the format agreed, with notes on assumptions.

Ongoing support

Regular periods run on a consistent schedule, so month-end becomes routine rather than a rush.

Standards of Practice

How we keep the work dependable

These are the working practices we apply to client engagements. They describe how we operate, not formal certifications.

  • Source-based recordsEntries tie back to invoices, statements and supporting documents, so every figure can be traced.
  • Review before deliveryReconciliations and reports are checked for arithmetic consistency and unusual items before being shared.
  • Documented assumptionsWhere information is missing or a judgement is needed, we record it and ask you, rather than guess.
  • Minimal data handlingWe request only what the work needs and never ask for passwords, banking logins or card details.
  • Plain-language reportingSummaries explain what the numbers mean, not just what they are.
  • Clear boundariesTax advice, statutory filing and audit are offered only where qualifications and local rules allow.

What we are, and what we are not

Aurevia Group provides bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting support and documentation services. We do not claim to be a licensed audit or tax practice in any jurisdiction, and nothing on this website is tax, legal or audit advice. Where a client needs regulated services, we say so and recommend working with an appropriately qualified professional.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from me to get started?

Typically bank and card statements, sales and purchase invoices, access to or exports from your accounting software, and a short description of your business and reporting needs. We confirm the exact list when the scope is agreed.

Which accounting software do you support?

QuickBooks, Xero and Excel are our main focus. Support for any other platform is confirmed per project, and we will tell you before work begins if it is outside our current experience.

Do you provide tax advice or file returns?

Our tax support is documentation-focused: organising records and supporting schedules. Tax advice, regulated filing and audit are offered only where the applicable qualifications, authorisations and local requirements are met and confirmed in writing.

How is information shared?

By the channel agreed with you, such as email or a shared folder. Please do not send passwords, banking logins or card details; we will never request them.

How are fees determined?

Fees are based on the agreed scope and volume of work and are confirmed in writing before we start.

Can you work across time zones?

Yes. We work remotely and agree response times and delivery dates around your location and reporting calendar.
